PCT national phase in Russia
PCT applications to enter into the Russian national phase shall be filed within 31 months from the PCT international filing date/priority date. In case this term is expired it is possible to restore it within 12 month (corresponding fee is required).
International application is filed in Russian language. If the patent application is filed in any foreign language, the Russian translation may be provided within 2 month from the date of filing.
Applicants – nonresidents of contracting states should be represented by a Russian patent attorney.

Eurasian Patent Services
If you are seeking protection in at least 2 countries from this list, Eurasian patent is an easiest, fastest and less expensive way. Eurasian patents can be granted on the basis of an international application filed in accordance with the PCT procedure.
Advantages of the EAPO procedure.
If the EAPO Application is refused, the applicant can designate separate contracting states in which he wishes to file the application with accordance to the national procedure. Time for this designation is limited by 6 month from the receipt of the Refusal Decision.
Unique patent for all contracting states. While you received Eurasian Patent there is no need to validate it by national authorities or to take any local action.
