Master-class of Vitaliy Kastalskiy at nationwide contest Generation S
Vitaliy Kastalskiy, Managing Partner of AK Patent Law Group held a master-class for innovative start-ups – participants of the BioTechMed innovative track of the nationwide contest Generation S.
In the frames of the master-class Vitaliy described ways of protection of intellectual property, revealed particularities of IP Protection and registration of biomedical products in Russian Federation. GenerationS is a nationwide contest designed to help entrepreneurs to accelerate the development of their technology startups; it first appeared in 2013, and has been run by the Russian Venture Company and the Moscow Center for Innovative Development, with support from the Government of Moscow, as the Moscow City Hall is formally known. The contest gives startups a better chance to convert an idea into a successful business, find investors, and acquire valuable connections in the expert community. The contest offers investors a selection of quality projects carefully chosen by a panel of authoritative judges."I received a great pleasure from work with audience today, as it was very well prepared and trained. I saw that all asked questions were born from a real practice. It is even hard to determine for whom of us – me or audience – the discussion was more interesting.
