Vitaliy has more than 13 years of an extensive experience in the sphere of intellectual property, is the author of more than 30 publications.
Since 2011 Vitaliy headed IP Center Skolkovo. Vitaliy joined Skolkovo as a Head of IP Department and in a half a year become a Managing Partner of a newly created IP Center Skolkovo. Efficient management and strong professional skills let Vitaliy to gather in the one team highly qualified experts with specialization in different technical areas. Under his leadership the number of IP Center’s clients increased from zero up to more than 250.
Prior joining the Skolkovo team Vitaliy headed patent-licensing department of Gazprom – among Russia’s five largest oil producers and the largest owner of power generating assets in the country. Vitaliy controlled over the claims treatment in Gazprom and its subsidiaries on disputes related to IP rights, developed and implemented the procedures of legal protection of results of intellectual activity in investment projects. Being head of the Department Vitaliy supported obtaining by Gazprom of more than 300 patents. Under his management were prepared and signed licensing and alienation agreements with a total value of more than 220 million rubles.
Since May 2014 Vitaliy is the Managing Partner at “AK Patent Law Group”.
